The premiums of the network administrator for existing houses continues in 2019. After the thorough premium reform at the beginning of 2017, the energy premiums for 2019 remain almost identical to those in 2017.
Premium for roof insulation (the only premium that is also valid for self-installation)

Premium for cavity wall insulation
5 euro/m², the work must be performed by a contractor conform the quality requirements STS 71-1.
Premium for post-insulation exterior wall on the outside
15 euro/m². The R-value of the insulation must be at least 3.0 m²K/W and the work must be performed by a contractor.
Premium for wall insulation on the inside
15 euro/m² for wall insulation on the inside. The R-value must be at least 2.0 m²K/W and the work must be performed by a contractor, must be supervised by an architect with inspection on the performance of the work, or a contractor must be used that has a certificate of competence or a certificate of competence as aspirant.
Premium for floor insulation on full ground or insulation of the ceiling of a cellar
6 euro/m², to be performed by a contractor, the R-value of the insulation must be at least 2.0m²K/W.
Total renovation bonus for those who perform at least 3 investments
The total renovation bonus in houses is added to the individual premiums that you get via your distribution network administrator. To be entitled to the total renovation bonus you must invest in three or more of the following seven energy-saving measures within five years:
roof or attic insulation (at least 30 m²)
wall insulation (on the outside, on the inside or via the cavity – at least 30 m²)
floor insulation (at least 30 m²)
new glazing (at least 5 m²)
solar water heater
